Most wine racks assume your bottles are considered equal - not this one. The cross slats are designed to be moved back and forth, and even taken out - so that your larger bottles are supported, and even lets shelves be created for those that you want to stand up or display.

The poplar and steel are left bare, to develop a natural patina.
